Yoga Class

What We Offer

Every class on our schedule is taught in the studio and livestreamed on Zoom- come in person, join from home, whichever fits your week. Recordings stay available on Walla for about a week, so if you miss a class you wanted, there’s still time to catch it.

We also offer workshops every month,  some in the studio, some outside on the property. They’re a little longer, a little deeper, and a chance to try something you wouldn’t get in a regular class.

Gentle Vinyasa Flow

Gentle classes are for students looking to relax and release with a nurturing flow, or for those unable to comfortably get up and down off the mat. All levels of students enjoy gentle classes as an opportunity to bring mindful movement to the body, while calming the soul and refreshing the mind. 

Vinyasa Flow

Mixed Level classes provide faster paced instruction for flowing through your practice.  Expect to deepen your practice, increase heat and energy within the body, and leave feeling refreshed and accomplished. 

Restorative

Restorative classes provide space to just be. Expect a handful of postures where the body is completely supported by props including bolsters, blocks, and blankets. You’ll linger in soft stretches while your instructor performs Reiki energy work and guides meditation. All levels are able let go and relax. 

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a cooling practice that stretches the body’s connective tissue in stillness. Expect to linger for longer periods of time in each stretch, gradually deepening with the breath. Consider these classes the yin to Vinyasa flow’s yang! 

Sound Flow

Unwind, release, and sink in to harmony. This strong 75 minute class begins with a slow vinyasa flow to open the body and calm the mind. After, melt into 15 minutes of crystal singing bowl sound healing shavasana. Let soothing vibrations wash over you, dissolving stress and leaving you grounded. Through flowing movement and shimmering stillness ,you’ll emerge with a sense of lightness, clarity, and deep inner peace, as though you’ve been tuned back to your true frequency.

Yoga for Strength

Strengthen, stretch, and flow in this upbeat all-levels class. You’ll blend core-focused Pilates-inspired moves with breath-driven yoga postures to tone, lengthen, and wake up your whole body. We’ll use bands and light weights (or just your own bodyweight), then ease into a sweet cool down and relaxation so you leave feeling strong, centered, and refreshed.
Perfect for anyone wanting more core strength, better posture, and a bright mind-body boost. Just bring your mat and your awesome self.
