Beginner Vinyasa Flow
Beginner classes slow down the flow and provide more instruction, so you know exactly where each foot belongs and where to hold your gaze. Beginner doesn’t mean gentle- you’ll still build heat and strength while getting a great stretch. If you’re not ready for that, Gentle Beginners slows things down even more. After all, when was the last time you put your foot all the way up there?!
Gentle Vinyasa Flow
Gentle classes are for students looking to relax and release with a nurturing flow, or for those unable to comfortably get up and down off the mat. All levels of students enjoy gentle classes as an opportunity to bring mindful movement to the body, while calming the soul and refreshing the mind.
Mixed Level classes provide faster paced instruction for flowing through your practice. Expect to deepen your practice, increase heat and energy within the body, and leave feeling refreshed and accomplished.
Restorative classes provide space to just be. Expect a handful of postures where the body is completely supported by props including bolsters, blocks, and blankets. You’ll linger in soft stretches while your instructor performs Reiki energy work and guides meditation. All levels are able let go and relax.
Yin yoga is a cooling practice that stretches the body’s connective tissue in stillness. Expect to linger for longer periods of time in each stretch, gradually deepening with the breath. Consider these classes the yin to Vinyasa flow’s yang!
Body Awareness Yoga
This mindful class focuses on nuanced body movements to analyze habits and body compensations while improving range of motion and deeply relaxing the mind (whoa!). Flow through very gentle, intentional movement and discover the connection between body and mind.
Are you looking to tone and condition the body outside of your yoga practice? Combine cardio, strength and flexibility all in an hour.
Barre classes can be the perfect complement or standalone feature in your routine. Expect to sweat- a lot!

Gentle Vinyasa Flow for Emotional Balance
Prepare your body for labor, make supportive friends for you and your new baby, and honor your experience! Adapted asana, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation can have a significant positive impact on your experience with pregnancy, labor/delivery, and postpartum. With your doctor or midwife’s permission, prenatal yoga is safe and fun for women to practice.
