Laura began practicing yoga over 10 years ago, after her first class set her soul on fire. Since then, her practice has grown and evolved to become part of her everyday life. Laura is registered with the Yoga Alliance as RYT-500 after completing her advanced yoga teacher training at the Prancing Peacock, and she is honored to be a part of its vibrant community. Her classes connect movement and breath in a fluid vinyasa flow style. She encourages her students to approach their mat with both mindfulness and a sense of humor. When she’s not teaching, you can find Laura going on backyard adventures with her husband and three sons.
