While born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the warm winters of the Southwest sounded compelling, so I received my Bachelors of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Nutritional Sciences, at The University of Arizona in 2012. As a Certified Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise (ACE), I have experience leading both individual and group trainings. My clients throughout Southern California have ranged everywhere from young athletes to rehabilitating adults. Instructing Yoga and Pilates have been rewarding my life since being certified through the comprehensive teacher training at CorePower Yoga Studios in 2014. In my free time, you will most often find me soaking up the sunshine while running along waters, climbing mountains, or cultivating a deeper yoga practice through reflection. It is immensely gratifying for me to provide the community with the benefits of yoga practice and fitness education. While currently pursing my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, my goal is to assist students in achieving the uplifting benefits of a full practice, allowing every individual to cultivate his or her personal power within. Most importantly, it is my lifelong endeavor to support seekers on a path to reveal the mind-body connections associated with achieving a higher quality of life, and as a result, build a healthier and more fulfilled community.
