Our dynamic Prenatal program is lead by a team of mothers with advanced training in prenatal asana, meditation, and relaxation techniques.
Prenatal Yoga
Prepare your body for labor, make supportive friends for you and your new baby, and honor your experience! Adapted asana, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation can have a significant positive impact on your experience with pregnancy, labor/delivery, and postpartum. With your doctor or midwife’s permission, prenatal yoga is safe and fun for women to practice.
