Intro to Mindfulness + Meditation

This 2 hour workshop is designed for new students interested in beginning a meditation practice. We’ll discuss the yogic philosophy behind Dhyana or Meditation, including why it’s so effective and what techniques help us achieve the best experience. We will workshop different mindfulness techniques and then apply them to our practice with longer guided meditations in a variety of styles. This upbeat and engaging workshop will answer every question you have about making meditation a wonderful part of your life.
