Yoga helps everyone connect with their inner peace, compassion, and self-soothing skills. Our fun programs provide toddlers, kids, and pre-teens with short, content rich classes lead by enthusiastic and experienced instructors. Looking just for mom? Our dynamic Prenatal program is lead by a team of mothers with advanced training in prenatal asana, meditation, and relaxation techniques. 

Prenatal Yoga

Prepare your body for labor, make supportive friends for you and your new baby, and honor your experience! Adapted asana, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation can have a significant positive impact on your experience with pregnancy, labor/delivery, and postpartum. With your doctor or midwife’s permission, prenatal yoga is safe and fun for women to practice.

Toddler and Me Yoga: Ages 2-4

Bring your kids for a playful yoga class. Each class includes yoga poses, breathing exercises, mantra meditation, games, partner poses, and more. This class is open to all family members – parents, siblings, grandparents, etc. No previous yoga experience required.

Kids Yoga: Ages 5-8

Yoga encourages your child to become more aware and knowledgeable of their own amazing bodies! Through various postures, your child will realize their unique potential and experience the reward of using their body in a positive way.

Preteen Yoga: Ages 9-12

This interactive series will challenge and support your preteen on their personal journey of physical and emotional expression!
The skills developed in this series will teach your preteen how to handle real life issues like academic stress, peer pressure, and insecurity.
