Jaimie found yoga while looking for a better way to live with MS, and what started as a search for relief opened up into so much more. There is a quiet earthiness to Jaimie, a real kindness in how she shows up. You feel it the moment she walks in.

She came to us in 2017 to become a Reiki practitioner, and later that same year started our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. She is certified in Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga, and is a Reiki Master attuned here at the studio. Her favorite style is the gentle, healing aspect of slow flow. She moves you carefully through the places we all carry tension, pairs everything with music that somehow always lands, and closes her in-studio classes with a little aromatherapy.

Gentle yoga is the heart of what we do here, and Jaimie’s classes are some of our most beloved. Students come back week after week, and her rooms are always full.
