Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor
Samantha is constantly searching for perfect balance in her life. She came down this path when she became a massage therapist in 1999. She has been trying to expand her horizons ever since. She first started practicing yoga when she was pregnant with her first child as a way to stay fit and healthy. She fell in love with yoga, and completed her 200 hour teacher training at the Prancing Peacock in 2013.
She loves inspiring her students. Samantha has practiced all kinds of dance from lyrical to salsa dancing and really has a passion for flowing movements. She loves how Vinyasa flow feels so much like dance. She has also taught children’s gymnastics for the past few years to create a space that all kids can feel joyful and playful.
