Jaime started practicing yoga in 2009 as a way to re-introduce exercise into her life. A year later, she found The Prancing Peacock discovering that yoga goes so much deeper than the physical movements. Yoga has transformed Jaime’s life in many ways. This has led her on a path to help others discover the benefits of yoga, which in turn has inspired her to become a teacher. As a recent graduate of the Prancing Peacock Teacher Training program, she is elated to start her teaching journey at the studio. She enjoys practicing all styles of yoga but is drawn to Restorative yoga
for its calming and meditative aspects. Jaime is also passionate about Reiki, currently a Reiki 2 practitioner, she enjoys sharing the healing energy with others. In her free time, you can find Jaime either hanging out in nature or traveling. She enjoys tending to her flower gardens, watching birds in her backyard or relaxing by the Koi pond with her dogs, reading a book.
