Initially drawn to yoga as a way to improve her performance as a dancer, Gabrielle soon fell in love with the unique physical and mental challenges yoga presents. After she stopped dancing competitively and graduated from college, Gabrielle completed the 200-hour teacher training program at The Prancing Peacock in the Fall of 2013. She has since taught gentle, restorative, beginners, and mixed-level Vinyasa classes. Gabrielle particularly loves creating new, exciting sequences that combined, create an intention-filled practice. Gabrielle is also attuned and certified in Usui Reiki Level 1, and will often bring this healing energy into her classes. Off the mat, Gabrielle has a Master’s of Public Health degree and works downtown as a Project Manager at Penn Medicine. Gabrielle has lived in DC, Edinburgh, and Boston, but is excited to be home and teaching in Bucks County!
