Looking deep inside ourselves, we laugh together, cry together, learn together and
begin to see a confident, creative teacher emerge! You will begin to establish long
lasting relationships in this tightly knit and committed yoga community of fellow
teachers.
Presenting a special project allows you to bring a subject close to your heart to
your training. Practice teaching begins the very first day, and you will find your
voice growing stronger and more confident each time, lovingly supported by all of us.
When we are close to the end of the training, each student will teach yoga classes
to the yoga community, getting valuable experience. You will also assist another
teacher in class to practice your hands on adjustments.

I truly believe that the individual experiences people have at your studio ripple outward and have an immeasurable positive effect on the world around us. You are doing so much to create the change that we need to see in this world, and I just want to thank you. Thank you for being my teacher, mentor and role model.
