In a studio well known for its nourishing and peaceful space, this thoughtfully put together yoga teacher training program, approved by Yoga Alliance, is the perfect place to learn how to become a yoga teacher, or to deepen your own practice.

The program will meet Fridays, 7:15-9:15pm, Saturdays, 11:45-6pm, and Sundays, 1:30-6pm, on the following dates:

During the training, you will learn about:
- asana practice, alignment and assisting
- yoga anatomy and physiology
- the energetic body
- yogic philosophy
- creating and teaching classes for beginners and mixed level
- students in a creative and intelligent manner
- the business of yoga
- specialty yoga - kids, restorative and prenatal
For Spring 2018 training:
Early Bird Special: $3,000 (if paid in full by January 15, 2018)
*$1,000 non-refundable deposit due with application.
Payment Plan available: $1000 deposit, plus 5 payments of $480, due on the 5th of each month.
Refunds are only given up until 15 days before the start of the training (minus $1,000 deposit.) If you drop out for any reason afterwards, you will be responsible for full tuition.
How do I apply?
Fill out the online application, or print it out and send it to us. There is $1,000 non-refundable deposit required with the application.
Do you have a payment plan?
We work with people on an individual basis. Please contact the studio for details.
Are the books included in the training?
Yes, once you pay for the training, we provide everything you need - manuals, books and a special bag to carry everything! We also have a fantastic lending library for you to borrow books for required reports and projects.
Do I receive free yoga classes?
Yes, once the program has started, we activate your unlimted monthly to the studio right away. You are asked to attend at least 20 yoga classes during the training. Come on over and practice!
What if I miss a class?
Yoga Alliance requires 100% participation in the training to be certified. Make-ups are possible only if you inform us before the training starts which modules you will miss. Each case is handled individually with the school's director.
What do I need to do to graduate?
You need to fulfill all the requirements.
