The Prancing Peacock
2010 VINYASA FLOW YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

A Yoga Alliance Registered School

200 Hour Program

Immerse yourself in the beautiful
flow of vinyasa
with Liz Conner

This juicy five-month in depth teacher training will prepare you to teach a basic to a mixed level class as well as deepen your own practice. You will be comfortable leading your students into a safe yoga flow. Emphasis will be placed on learning to open the heart and move from the inside out.

This course allows the teacher to explore their own deep asana practice by cultivating creative sadhanas. We also require a self-study project to finish your hours. Practice teaching will start on the very first day, creating confidence and a comfort level from the beginning.

" I am glad I did this Teacher Training. A lot has happened in my life this last year and this has been a source of grounding and community. I enjoyed Liz's energy and her caring and sense of humor. I enjoyed the process of learning who I might be as a teacher. It seemed that there was a complete openness to each student and their particular path toward teaching. Thank you so much. I hope to continue to grow and learn and someday inspire people as you inspire people. "
